Plant Pots

When putting plant pots in to create hiding spaces do you use any particular type?

Also any ideas on how to tie plants to the pot to grow?

Terracotta pots that you find in garden centres or even in hobby shops are the best, dont effect the ph in any way, wouldnt use plastic pots.

Tie plants on with fishing line, hair nets or cotton.

Word of warning if there is a largish hole at the drain end make sure it is either too small for the fish you have in the tank to get stuck in or make it larger to avoid it getting trapped.

Had a female betta who got trappped and only just saved her from drowing when I spotted her.

Agreed i get terracota pots and split them or create a door for the fish as lil caves.
