Hi all,

I am soon going to be ordering some plants off the green machine. The problem is i am 13 and at school most of the day. Does it matter if the plants come and they are left for x number of hours till i get home? Will they survive? When i get back i will imideately plant them in my tank. Surely it shouldn't matter too much because they have to be posted in the same packaging for a few days.

All help appreciatted.

ive had plants from them b4 and been out when they arrived its no problem leaving them in the box till you get home but someone will have to be in to sign for the parcel most probs :)

Yeah, how should i prepare them before i put them in the tank? Should i just cut (with scissors) dead leaves/stems from the roots, and check theres no snails? Anything else i need to do with the plants

if you're not in, they will be sent to your local post office depot and a little card will be put through your letter box telling you so. You just have to go and get it (make sure you bring id and the card the postman left). Alternatively if you like your neighbours... get their permission first, then leave a note taped to your front door that says 'postman please leave my parcel at number X'.
