Plant Id

Hi All

I purchased the plant from a lfs but do not know what it is. I have looked at lots of different sites for an id as I would like some more.

Does anyone know what it is.

Its a great plant that seems to be growing well in my tank and nothing eats it, so would like to add a few more, do you know what would be the best way to replant these when they get to near to top of tank. Would it just be cutting the stem and replanting?

Yep. Just chop of the top and replant somewhere else.
