can adding plant food and nutrient solutions raise up nitrite and ammonia levels?

Just out of curiosity why do you want to raise nitrite and ammonia levels via plant fertilisers?
I use "flora boost" by Interpet to give my plants extra nutrients in general although this doesn't effect water stats or anything else apart from the plant growth.

i dont want to raise them i want to lower hem and thought if it does add ammonia and nitrite then i would stop putting it in

The best way to lower nitrite and ammonia levels is to do water changes with dechlorinator in your tank, all the plants will lower is your nitrate levels which are fine as long as they are not over 40. If you are doing a fishless cycle you simply have to wait for the nitrite and ammonia levels to drop but if you have fish in your tank, doing 40% water change right now followed by some 20-30% ones over the next couple of days will sort out your nitrite and ammonia issues, whatever you do don't buy any ammonia/nitrite/nitrate removal chemical products as these will mess up you tank ecosystem and cause an even bigger rise in harmful toxins a day after they stop working and it'll be a never ending struggle to keep them down  .
