Plant Eating Fish!

Can anyone recommend a Decent selection of plants for my tropical aquarium.
Every plant I seem to put in they eat and destroy. My fish are:

Red Finned Shark
Black Ghost Knife
Plec
5 Severums
2 Red eyed Tetras
3 Angel Fish

Any Help would be appreciated.

Java ferns are the only thing that severums didn’t eat when I used to keep them. You could get a few different varieties of java ferns of different sizes and different shaped leaves. I don’t know of any other plants that they wont eat.

If you feed them veggies like cucumber and zucchini(courgette), you can probably also add some Sword plants, Anubias, and Crypts. Those plants are not all that yummy to the fish, but if the severums get hungry those guys may also be nibbled on.
