Plant Bulbs

I bought these lily plant bulbs from Wal-Mart about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Stuck them into my tank but so far nothing has happened with them. Has anyone had success with these

Did you just drop them in? You're not suppose to plant them into the substrate. I've heard of many successes with these bulbs, people just don't get them cause they don't know how well they'll do. Isn't there a warranty on it? If it doesn't sprout within like 3 weeks you can send them in for a replacement I believe.

Mine sprouted within a week, took hold within a week and a half, had leaves within two, and now after less that a month, they are forming a dense group, and 2 of the plants have sent up a total of 3 flowers already!

EDIT: I need to read posts more carefully. Those were my Apon bulbs. But, I also got a Dwarf Lily bulb. It took a little longer to root, but now I've got upwards of 10 big beautiful red leaves.
