If you ask me, the most interesting part of this is the plants. Since I am not experienced enough with plants to pull off the top of my head the names of cold water plants that would grow beautifully emersed, I came straight here for suggestions.
So, plants that grow emersed and would do OK in temps of 65-75 degrees F? (my house temp varies wildly depending on the time of year to save energy). Something that would flower would even be more amazing.
