Plant Advise

i have a 4 foot 250L tank which is very deep measuring 21 inches. Can anyone tell me what plants I could buy pref on ebay that will grow tall as im having trouble making the tank look balanced as from mid way on it looks bare! I only have normal lighting and gravel substrate so its going to have to be ones that are easy to grow in low light?

The obvious answer would be Vallis.

My hygro reaches the surface really quick, I'm not 100% sure of the species, think it's Angustifolia. Also hygro difformis grows tall but gets bushy too.

Hygrophia polysperma is a great plant for this IME.
