I got these a month or so ago as babies, and they have quadrupled in size. There are two that are a hell of a lot bigger than the others.

Sad thing is they are really difficult to photograph because the buggers keep crapping their pants when I go near the tank - typical.

I presume when they are bigger, they will be less scared!!!

yeah p's are generally shy fish. try putting a powerhead in there. they like current. they are a little young at the moment though so just sit tight
 
what i have seen done on a pirhana species tank is in the middle of the tank put a bubble wand going from side to side.

Yup. Powerhead is a good idea, they will face into it all the time...like in a river. :nod:

I wouldn't count on them getting to much more brave in the near future....mine used to ram themselves into stuff all the way up to 5", when I sold them back to the store. :rolleyes:
 
My fish crap their pants every time i breath in and out, except the Gouramis ;)
