Pink Baby Tears

I have some pink baby tears in my tank(below).

Im noticing that its struggling to stay rooted in my substrate(a moderate gravel), is there any way i can encourage it to stay put rather than floating on the surface?

how about plant weights? on the bottoms of the plants and that will hold them in place.

The lack of staying ability can be due to the plant not growing well so it doesn't have time to put down roots before being uprooted? Also what size gravel do you have small 3mm gravel is best as the plant roots can grow through and round it anchoring themselves to it. I would avoid weights, they can cause the roots to rot. I also think it needs quite a lot of light, what lighting do you have?
