Pimple Thing.

I came to this section listening to the advice from blitztidus. I went to a LFS, and saw a Satanoperca leucosticta with this spot on it's side that looks like a pimple. I was wondering if this was a big problem that I should be worried about, since I am considering buying the fish. Thanks.
