Pimple On Angelfish

For about 2 weeks one of my angels has had a tiny (pin size) pimple on the top of his head. Now I noticed it seems to have ruptured I think, and is now white. He's eating and acting normally. My water ck'd out normal all other angels are O.K. Should I quarantine him and perhaps treat with a bacterial medication? I have some triple sulpha tabs on hand (manu. by aquarium pharmacuticals) or would a combo or maracyn1 & II be better. Or should I let it go for another day...it's smaller tonite already.

Yes I would treat with a bacterial med, now that is has burst it can infect the other fish so might as well treat the whole tank.
