Pimafix Anti Fungal In Quarantine Tank

hi two weeks ago i purchased 2 female mollies
unfortunately one passed on the other was heavily pregnant
her finns where rotting away
didnt notice her fin rot till the day after purchasing her
ive put her in a 65 litre quarantine tank and using pimafix antifungal remedy
she is now birthing in the tank
will the fry survive in the medicated waters is my question
also has anyone used this medication and please whats the effectiveness if known

They should be fine, and Pimafix is quite a well known and decent treatment also used in a lot of show tanks in local fish shops. When you want to remove it, chuck in some activated carbon for 3 or 4 days.

On the other hand, Primafix has never worked for me at all.
