Pike Cichlid With A Sengal Bichir In A 30-35 Gallon?

i need to know if a pike cichlid would be ok in a 30 or 35 gallon tank with a sengal bichir??and any other info would help too

hmm.. well if you pike is anything like mine, he usually is an aggrresive eater and I don't think Sengal Birchir are competitive eaters compared to Cichlids but you never know.

A senegal bichir will eat a dwarf pike cichlid.

dwarf pikes are best left to a species only tank. as are most pikes. on another note. dwarf pikes like the Lugubris pikes are high maintence fish. require much larger and more frequent water changes, heavier than normal filtration, and a higher amount of oxygenation of the water.
