Just a quick question.... As tou can see in my sig i've got raphs in with my Albino Tiger Oscar. Would it be ok to put my Pictus Cats in there or will they get bullied? The oscar is about 4 inches and does't bother the raphs but they hide more than the Pics would.

That could be bad when the O gets big enought to eat them Pictus cats have spiny fins that coulf get caught in the oscars throat

Ornate pimelodus get about 10", and have the same basic body shape as pictus :) They would probably fit in with an oscar :)

U dont think that would be a little much of a bioload. U have to keep them in groups of at least 3 if u want to see them

what size tank is going to be your oscars final home?

in your current 75g i wouldn't add anything else, your already at the minimum for the oscar.

and although this is true it shouldn't be about you, it's about the fish.

ornate pims are a shoaling fish so HAVE to be in small groups of atleast 3 for them to be happy.

his final home will b about 150g... would that b ok? The tank they're all in at the moment is starting to get cramped already... Probably be safer to wait and not put the pictus in there to be honest!

if it really will be a 150 then i would advise getting your ornate pims say a group of 2-5 so they start goring on with the oscar.

depending on what else you plan, you could add a couple of sevrums for some freindly competition for the oscar.
