Pictus Catfish Is Bloated?

I have just come back from a 4 day camping to find one of my pictus catfish has got a quite bloated stomach.

I put a couple of those 3 day feeding blocks in my tank whne I went away. Could that be the problem or if not does anyone know what could have caused it.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Are the scales sticking out.
Do a gravel vac to remove uneaten food.

To many dried foods can lead to constipation.
Don't feed for a day or two.
Try some peas.
