You care for them about the same, but they do not get as big as Clown Loaches. Clown Loaches can get anywhere from 10-13". Botia Striata get close to 4-5".

Botia striata have to be my favorite loach too. I just love the stripes. And they have such spunk. When I stopped keeping community fish and went to species tanks, the botia striata were some of the few remaining community fish that I set up a special tank for, I just couldn't part with them. Nice pictures!!
