my friend has 4 guppys (1 male and 3 female) and doesnt know what they look like when they are pregnant could anyone post a picture of a pregnant guppy just so we know what it look like.

The gravid spot should look like this, maybe darker:

And they can get this fat, though not all will:

So there's a guideline. But keep in mind, it varies by fish, age, and how many fry they're going to have.

thanks, my friend is kinda new and didnt know how the forum worked so i asked a question she needed to know. but i know what they look like i accually have had a few groups of fry myself.
