Pictures. Ich? Velvet? Something Else?

Are these ich? They dont seem to show up as much on camera as you can see them in the flesh. It seems like white dust or bubbles on the fins.

Ok...yeah, I'd say its ich, and fhm, I think I do see it on the body. I'd QT him/her, and treat it right away

I would treat for whitespot. Whitespot meds treats velvet.
Velvet far worse than whitespot, and harder to get rid off.

Velvet can look like a dusting of talc, yellow golden spots, gold dusting, or a rusty coloured varnish.

Bubbles on fish can also be a sign of parasites.
