Here are my two current devided tanks:

and in this one we now have four girls instead of the two. The devider has been moved over a bit to allow the girls more room.
But this gives you an idea

Thanks. :)
I can't take the credit though as I only furnished it. My better half did all the work, bless him!
You sound as though you are hooked already!!!

Lol ive got quiet a few as you can see in my sig...not as many as most people but enough to make my parents go crazy! :p

I have 2 divided tanks...the one in the kitchen has 2 OAPs in they are fine. I have a divided in my bedroom but it is too near the window and gets algae all the time it drives me mad...fish are happy but I hate it... :shifty:

I have three divided ten gallons.

This shows Chico and Lorenzo. Lorenzo passed away, though, so Chico is alone for the moment

And this is Geronimo and Sir Hector Fishington (Geronimo is in the spawning tank right now, though):

Mines very similar to stangs (see where I got the idea lol!) although its not decorated or anything yet, its cycling at the mo but keeps getting slime mould on the top of the water, cant figure out whats causing it yet, keep meth blueing the tank. Must read up on it to see what it might be

I have some questions kind of related to this topic...

I was looking at a divided setup at my LFS the other day - it has 3 compartments in the front, and a compartment at the back for a filter/heater. I need to go back and work out how big it is before I decide whether to get it.

Since theres a large filter compartment containing more water (and therefore larger volume for dilution of waste chemicals), how big should the individual space for each betta be so they are comfortable?

Also, the dividers in the setup are glass. I notice some of the dividers in the tanks shown here are clear, and some are opaque. Do people with clear ones find your bettas get too tired or stressed from seeing each other all day? I was wondering whether I would have to somehow make some opaque ones out of coloured plastic or something...?

The opaque ones are usually made by sanding plastic to frost it. thats what im going to do with mine so that they dont see each other and try and jump over, I'll be putting a tight lid on anyway but they are really sneaky!
