The tank is 40 UK gallon.
Girlie Betta's in the middle and a Male on 1 end. Might keep the other end spare just in case . Or another male

Very nice! And a lovely size too!! So good to know that the bettas will have lots of play room. Lol, just remember not to fill to close to the divider top or someone will jump over.

It's about an inch from the top at the minute whether thats enough remains to be seen, i can always lower it a bit more but fingers crossed

Lol that's about what mine are kept at too. Only time I had trouble was a female in a container (with that much clearance) waiting to be released to the male. The little hussy jumped it. She got beat up and still jumped back with the boy. They prduced beautiful fry, made all the more precious by the fact she died of her injuries.
I'm sure they'll be fine tho, she was just a very naughty girl!!
