Hi all, when i look through all the foums and i see all the lovely pictures of your fish it makes me want show some of mine, so i go get the digi camera wait for a good picture, take the picture, download it to the laptop try to send and then it tells me the photo is to large. PLEASE HELP

why not get a free photobucket account www.photobucket.com

once uploaded you can easily shrink your pics and upload them to the forum. it also keeps them all together for future use which is quite handy. i have my account in my signiture if you want to see what i'm on about.

Thanks for the advice have now got a photo bucket account.
How are you able to do this through paint?

good, thats the easiest option.

from paint. open programme, open document in paint, click edit, stretch/skew, play around till it's the right size. then save and upload the saved one.

welcome to TFF

to shrink down your pics on paint you have to open the picture you want and then click on (image) on the tool bar at the top, then go to to (stretch/screw).
then where it says horizontal: 100%, vertical: 100%, change them both to 50%, IMO it looks better that size.
then when you have done that save the pic
