Photos of new CT betta

I went to the LFs today to pick up another true SAE. What I found was that they had recently got a batch of new CT males and female Bettas from one of the local breeders.

Well, couldn't resist. There were 5 of them, all really big containers (for LFs) lined next to each other with really clear water and swimming around constantly flairing at each other.

It was kind of cute since they're still jueveniles, and little more than an inch long without their fins.

Bought myself one, and moved my Plakat from the 10g to the 20g to make room.

Should you name him?! Of COURSE! That's half the fun of getting a new betta! Anyways, he's absolutely gorgeous, the coloring is just really unique and very pretty. He reminds me of the sky, call him Nuage - French for cloud. Or Cielo, Spanish for sky.
