hi everyone, i really want to share my tank with the members of the site but it wont let me publish the photos as it says there too big, im sure this is a regular problem but cant find a topic that will help me

You can either use a free prog like ... Irfranview to shrimk them or loadthem into photobucket and let that resize them for you

You will need to upload them to a hosting site like Photobucket or Imageshack anyway. I'm not certainhow IS works but at Photobucket, you can edit and resize them there. Of course site software will also resize them if they are too large still.
