hi again
i know iv mentioned my angelfish a couple of times today - regarding how to tell the sex of them. Iv read sometimes you can tell by the shape of their head?
Thought id post a photo incase anyone can identify the sex of my angelfish. I am only new to fishkeeping so i dont really know much!

It's really a hit and miss thing with angelfish sexing tbh. The only surefire way that you'll know is when they breed, as that's the only time that you see the spawning tubes that are different shapes in male and female.

I would call that a male based on the shape of under its head. But not 100%

way too small to sex at the minute im affraid and as said before it may need to be determined by the male or lady parts......

when fully grown some males grow a slight nuchal hump on their heads but not all. nice fish though
