I have tried treating it with eSHa EXIT Anti whitespot treatment (stops all spot and velvet) for 5 days as the manual says and the right dosage... 2 days later my polkadot loaches are still coverd in it and rubbing on the gravel and I just noticed one of my cherry barbs rubbing on the gravel. What should I do now?

Is your tank warm enough for the species you are keeping in there? Cold water increases vulnerability to ich.

My water is at 24C, that's the average all my fish like, can't put any higher as I have white cloud minnows and panda cories

You don't have to raise temp do you with esha exit.
Does it say when you can retreat in the instructions?

It says: Fish should show signs of improvement within 1-2 days. There are some exceptionally resistant species such as import spot which may need 2 or 3 more additional doses on the 4th and 5th day.
I've done it for 5 days and now 2 days later the loaches and still rubbing and flicking. It don't say about any more doses, should I add more?

Heard some members not having very good results with esha exit.

I would do a water change and run some black carbon.
I would buy anti whitespot med by interpet.

Never used the med so all I can do for you is leave this link.

I've just bought some interpet number 6 anti white spot from ebay. I hope that will work

I used it once and it worked the anit whitespot med by interpet. But had to do two rounds.
Only had whitespot once and that was about 5 years ago.

im sure i read some wre that ich cant live in warmer temp water (86) or at least it helps towards gettin rid of it
