I'm leaving on a short 3 day vacation tomorow to my friends cabin, so I'm perpairing my fish tanks.
I'm doing a 20% water change ona ll my tank, doing a 100% water change on my betta tanks.
I've deicded to leave my fish and not get anyone to feed them, just because I'm the only one in the family that knows, for example, how much is enough.
So tonight I'm changing the water and the filter media. Is there anything else I'm forgetting to do? I'm having my mom come in and check the temps, and make sure if everyones fine and dandy. (I think she's smart enough to know that a big patch of white flufy stuff is a bad sign)
I know they'll be able to last the 3 days with food. Maybe I should just leave them. Would it be too much stress to do water changes 11 hours before their fast begins?
