Perfume In Bleach - Is There A Safe Brand?

I need some bleach for diffuser sterilisation and general tank/hose cleaning.
 
I know I'm supposed to buy bleach without added perfume but I can't find any.  I've checked Tesco and Co-op and they all list Perfume in the ingredients.
 
Are these okay to use and if not where can I find pure bleach in the UK?

When I have to steralise anything (usually hospital tank etc)  I use Milton fluid, the stuff for baby bottles, just make sure you rinse everything off again really thoroughly then rinse it again just to make sure.

I use Wilkinsons version of Milton as it is cheaper!

Cheers, I never would have thought of using Milton!
 
I looked for thin bleach today and found Tesco's super cheap brand so I am going to give that a try.
