Ive got a sick peppered cory but not sure what's wrong with him. He's currently at the bottom of the tank laying on his side and barely moving (although his gills are going at a normal speed) - he has been like this for a number of hours now. There are novisible signs of disease and all the other fish seem fine (a peppered cory, a julli cory, 4 femal platies, 4 harlequins and 2 mini sucker mouth catfish)

Any one got any ideas?

The stats...
Tank - 75litres (3 months old)
ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 10
ph - 7.4
temp - 26C

sad to say the little fella has just passed on...

still no visable signs of illness, ill have to keep an eye on the other fishes in the tank...

Maintain the vidulance. If any more go over, let us know.

What type of test kit are you using?

All the best
Rabbut

Laying to onside can be a sign of a bacterial infections.
Any sores on the cory tummy or body.
Does the cory look bloated.
Check his barbels over to see if they look short and thin.
