Pepper cories slower than Albino cories?

I have 3 albino cories and 3 pepper cories. The albinos seem a lot smarter compared to the peppers. When food is thrown in the albinos seem to find the food straight away whereas the peppers search all around and usually miss out on most of the food

I also noticed the 3 peppers usually stick together and the 3 albinos stick together and that they dont hang out together much unless they are searching for food. Do they prefer sticking with their own species?

I think cories all have the same intelligence level, all the ones I've ever had were inactive, unresponsive, and slightly dull, no matter the species

The albino cories are probably albino peppered or albino bronze BTW
