Penguin Sponge Filter

Im looking for a sponge filter for my 10 gallon cory fry tank and thought I might get some answers here too. I saw the Penguin Sponge Filter yesterday, but since it uses a powerhead, im afraid it might be too powerful. Anyone have any suggestions on what filter I could use?

Theres a great pinned article in the DIY section about making a really simple sponge filter.It does work and will save you some money
