Ok, here is my tank as it stands
6 Neon Tetras (They are huge)
1 Baby Angel
Dont worry i know about the risks with angels and tetras, but the tetras are about 2 years old! So they are probably on their way out!
2 Pelvachromis Taetinus
2 Tetras
Recently, the bigger and more colourfull has started to be interested in the smaller krib. Flashing colours etc, but to my knowledge no actual spaning has occured and i dont think they have chosen there cave yet. All of this happened when the entire tank was moved into a different tank (long story)
But after the weird behaviour, the larger krib has been systematically bulllying singulat members of the tank. A serpae tetra seems to be getting the worst of it. I had to remove the tetra before it was killed so i put it into a floating breeding trap.THEN the krib moved onto a different target. So i tipped the tetra out and have put the krib in, who at this moment is looking decidedly angry with me! The tank is loaded with caves, plants hidey holes etc
What should i do?
BTW the tank is a 30 Gal

in addition to this, the smaller krib has been an A grade tankmate, completly non agressive. They both used to be like this!
