Pellia

Some of you may know that I have been longing to get pellia for my new tank. Now, I got a reasonably sized bag from my lfs last week for an incredible price: CAD 4.99! I think they made a mistake as a small patch of 2x2 cm cost 11.99. But they had a sign up saying floating plants 4.99 and I think he took that price....

Anyway, so I have pellia in a large bag with water, but now I need to know how to attach it. They are all individual pieces, so trying to put it on with thread will be impossible. Has anybody experience with this? Do you use hairnets, glue, or.....?

I used fine fishing line to attach my pellia to a piece if slate.

Just plonk a load of pellia On either some wood, stone or slate and wrap a fair bit of fishing line round to hold the pellia down. Then give it time to fill out.

Worked a treat for me.
