Pellets ?

Our LFS suggested trying pellet as a suppliment for our loaches. If we buy some,will it efect our other fish ethat seem hapy on flake ?What type and size of pellet can we use for our community tank where the majority of the fish are no larger than 3 or 4 cms ? Also,what ingredients are both common and useful to look out for when buying these pellets,someone said 'fishmeal',oil and protein are mostly all you need ?

I think most standard pellets/granules/flakes have a mixture of what the fish needs for its basic diet,although specialist foods are available for different types of fish.

pellets and flakes are mostly the same except the shape. Should do no harm whatsoever.
