Hi everyone! I was unsure of whether or not this would be an emergency, so I apologize for the post if this should actually be in the Beginner's Forum. I have a Pearl Gourami that has been doing well (swims around, eats, interacts nicely with the other fish). Today, I noticed a stringy white poo that was kind of shaped like mini sausage links. He/she doesn't seem to be acting sick, but I remember reading somewhere that white poo can be an indicator of an internal parasite. Is this true? If so, what should I do to treat it? Is this contagious for the Pearl Gourami's tankmates?
