will a pair of peacock cihlids work in a tank with tiger barbs, balas, and id sharks?

guess i will just do it and see what happens thanks for all the help posted 3 threads went to chat and nobody can help me some forum this is, or maybe its a good forum they just dont like noobs i dunno oh well off to the tanks i go at worzst i guess my cichlids will be fat and the other fish dead. Least its not down the toilet or what not, fish get eaten in the wild all the time so will see what natures answer is too my question and i'll post a reply!

it wasn't even 15 minutes before your second post, just have a little patience and your questions will be answered.

im sorry i cannot help you, since i am a newb also, but the people on this forum have been very helpful for me. just give it a little time

Oh, this is much better than cichlid-forum for most stuff. I'm gonna say no, have not kept barbs or sharks, but i bet african are a bit more agrisive and fast then the sharks would like also the water requirments are different the cichlids should be in hard water with aph of at least 7.5
:dunno:
Sorry can't give you a definate answer I had seen this thread or maybe another one of yours but didn't post cause I've had no expirence with those fish but if your begging for a reply that's the best I can give. It's not that anyone is against noobs

I agree as well...was just trying to offer another source, in case this one didn't work for him.

Personally everythign I've ever needed to know, I've found here. :D

They will be fine if theres plenty of room. My Cichlids don't bother my sharks or plecos.
