I have a planted 7 gallon nano tank with 7 chilis and some shrimp
About a month ago I noticed some freshwater limpets in my tank even since I tried to remove them as much as possible but now their population has grown too much control by manual removal
I thought of adding a pea puffer or a pair but since they're shrimp in my tank and even though they do consider shrimp as prey I'm not really sure if they will do much damage to the population of shrimp
However I'm sure for limpets it's a whole different story
Also I don't really know how they will interact with chilis either since I never kept them before
But for my knowledge pea puffers are pretty slow
So anyone with experience with them please help me out

Without going too much in detail I would say... No, don't add puffers, not even one. They would spell catastrophe on your setup. And surely mean the end of the shrimps colony.

Better to feed less and curb the limpet population in the long run.

Thanks

No peas for my tank then 😅
