Payara Dying :(

He hasnt eaten in 7 days, i dont know what to do, no signs of illness, looks to be srinking away before my eyes, someone told me to put coppersafe in the tank to cure any illness and get him eating again, any ideas?

As i said before in your other thread payara do not make good aquarium fish usually only lasting a few months in captivity, ive yet to hear of anyone keeping one alive for longer than a year. As far as anyone yet knows once they decide to stop eating there is nothing you can do to prevent them from dying, i had the same thing happen to the two i had despite being able to get them onto frozen foods and keeping them alive for 4 months before which is considered to be past the sensative stage.
