Last night, I went to a friends house to stay over as her parents were out of town. The next morning, my mom called me and said "Your parrot fish are dying, what should I do".
I freaked out, and told her to check for anything strange about the tank...it turns out, the powerhead had turned off and there had been no air in the water at all 0_0 She unplugged it, and plugged it back in, and it started working again. One of the Parrots was dead, and she held the other one in the bubbles until it was able to swim. He is fine now, and eating, but the other one is currently in my freezer.
I am so damn sad....I set this 75 gallon up for these two rescues only five days ago!! It was all for them!! What should I do? Is the other one going to be very lonely? Should I buy a Severum friend for him? ( Idon't really want another blood parrot).
