My pangasius catfish has one white spot on his eye, I noticed it a couple of weeks ago but there is not fungus infection or white spot in the tank (that I know of but none of the other fish have been affected in any way)

Should I treat the tank?

He is about 7" if that makes any difference...?

If the spot is not on the pupil i would do a few water changes as whitespots can clear on there own in good water quality.

I'm no expert on whitespot or ich but I do know stress is generally the trigger that gets it going. From looking at your stocking list in your profile, you have somepotential problems you will need to address soon that may already be causing stress among your fish. First off, angels and bettas are generally not good tank mates. Bettas usually see any fish with a large tail as a threat and will attack it. The same goes for bettas and guppies. Also, depending on the size of the angels, they aren't good tank mates for the neons as neons are their natural food and they will eventually eat them as soon as they can get them in their mouths. Also, your pangasius catfish will get very large, up to 4' in the wild. See photos below:

How big is the spot as sometimes they can have eye flukes.

Its bigger than normal ich spots.....about the size of a grain of sugar or a little bigger.....thats why I was worried as he is settle in the tank and its a mature tank so there has been nothing to stress him out, he seems perfectly happy and it hasnt put him off his prawns.

does it look egg shaped at all?
if so it could be a calcium deposit and should clear up on its own. i dont know anything else than that.
