Paint For Separator

So I have two male bettafish that are in a tank that came with dividers. Unfortunately, the morons who designed the aquarium made CLEAR separators, so the Bettas can see each other.

You all know what happens next.

Is there any safe paint I can use on the glass separatora to keep the fish from seeing one another?

What I did was buy a lot of guppy grass, and I tied it to the divider to make kind of a living wall, and if you don't tie them too close, current and filtration isn't affected
