Hey folks...It's been awhile since I've browse this site and a lot have change since I was here....Anyways I have a 120 gallon tank(4ftx2ftx2ft) that used to house an RTG arowana and some oddball fishes that I have sold....For filtration I have 2 eheim's, pro II 2260 and 2217 and I recently stock it with mostly community fish, heres the stock:
1 gold severum 6"
2 rotkeil severum 2"
2 S. Jurupari 1.5"
3 silver dollar 2"
4 head and tail light tetras
9 congo tetra
1 pim catfish
1 rhyno pleco 5"
6 gold mountain white cloud minnows
6 bleeding heart tetra
6 agazzizi cory cats
2 red torpedo swordtails

most of the fish are still small and I'm doing a 30% weekly WC.....I might also add a few more fish like some albino bn pleco and a couple of red torpedo barbs....btw the severums might be relocated depending on their temperament...so far no fights between the three, but you can never be sure once they hit bigger size.....would you guys say that it's way overstock already?????thanks for your inputs and advice.....

once they all start to mature then yes you will be fairly well stocked.
and tbh the minnows days are numbered, the pim, dollars, sevs and Jurapi will soon start to see these as food.

Agreed.
Besides the minnows as mentioned above, the rest of the stock should be manageable with proper filtration and WC.

thanks for the input...As of now my 6" gold severum does not show any indications that he sees them as food, but I'm hoping and crossing my fingers.....

dorry a bit of the point but d you mix tan and mal cichlids? i didnt think this was possible without tears! :-O

yah I had them before I moved to my new house.....it was possible, my 75 gallon tank was pretty much mixed with peacocks, haps, calvus, a couple of julichromis species, leulupi, and some fronts.....no deaths it was pretty good, but I had to sell all of them....I haven't been here for a while and haven't changed my sig......
