I too think thats loads BlueIce but if your fish are healthy and your filter isn't getting blocked every week then go for it.
Humans and fish are completely different as well all know and have completely different metabolisms, Fish dont need to eat as often as we do and will do fine with scarce feedings but with a high nutritional value.
I love feeding my fish and watching them go nuts for it and when i first started keeping fish i over feed because of that reason but now i know its not a good idea.
