Overdose Of Medicine. Help!

I was very stupid last nite. Saw 2 of my cardinal tetras having fin rot and panic! Accidentally overdosed the waterlife fin rot medicine, even forgot to remove the activated carbon after the medicine dose. It is now 12 hours, my cardinals are in very bad condition. althought the fin rot has stopped, their colors are all gone and not active anymore. Anything I can do to reverse the stiuation? Thanks!

Do a partial water change and also put in a new carbon filter to absorb more meds. How old was the old carbon filter? If it is older than 4-6 weeks it won't do anything.

Also, add in an airstone to hlep add extra oxygen to the water

Thanks! The carbon was about a week old, just replaced it... Ok, will do the water change asap...
