Over/under Feeding Fish?

hi guys
i just wondered if i am over/under feeding my gourami? i feed them at 7-8 o clock in the morning and again at 11-3 o clock and 6-9 o clock in the evening.

... how much are you feeding them at each point - can you tell us the amount of food, and the number of fishes.
What are you feeding?
Also, do you have any problems with nitrates, algae, etc? These can result from rotting food.

80g tank
3 golden gourami
3 blue gourami
3 pearl gourami
1 plec
3 albino cory catfish
3 bronze cory
and i feed them a large couple of pinches of tetrafin each time and have had no problems at all with anything so far...

I'd say you're fine then. Maybe go for a more varied diet.
I reckon quantities to feed end up coming down to experimentation for most people as all fish and tanks are different.

thank you and i feed them cucumber and spinach every now and then, they love it espaicialy the corys

You're probably overfeeding. Almost everyone does. Cutting back the amount or frequency of feedings by as much as half would not hurt your fish in the least.
