hi everyone i'v had 4 baby fry for ages now and still cant work out what they are.i think there lepard danios because they have black spots.but the thing i really want to know is are danio babys white and change colour when they evolve into adults

As far as i'm aware you would be lucky to breed danios by accident. Have you got any mollies that may have bred? Unless you mean that you bought the fry?

I meant as you don't know what the fry are you must have bred them by accident. Without a picture or any more information i couldn't tell you if they are danios or not

i do want the fry and i wanted them to breed but when the came out i did'nt know what there were

i dont know how to do pictures.in my tank i av(when the fry arrived)

5zebre danios
1 lepard danio(came by accident got mixed with the zebras)
5neon t
3 sword tails
1 red tail black shark
2 dwarf gouramis

From that list, they're probably the swordtails fry. But we'll find out when they grow lol.

EDIT: How would they be leopard danio fry? You only have one fish...

Im not following where they came from then. Did you purchase something and they came in the bag as hitchhikers? Or did you find them in your tank of adults or what? This is slightly confusing to me.

think leopard and zebra danio's can interbreed, from my understanding they're just colour morphs of the same fish

I think that its unlikely leopard and zebra would interbreed. That's just my opinion though. I don't really understand tomo9's problem....
