Our Trip To Melbourne Aquarium (pics)

Today my husband had the day off so we went to the big Melbourne Aquarium. It was beautiful. Our daughter just loved it.

I thought I would share some pics with you all of the beauty of the deep.

There were only 2 fresh water tropical tanks though, one you will see with bala sharks and a pleco and some cichlids, and then there was one at the exit with cichlids and puffers (so they didnt focus on fresh water tropical at all really).

So here goes..

NIce pics. Very nice place to visit i which i can go there. It looks gr8. The sharks are gr8 especially the bala shark or silver shark.

I took my wife and kids last year.............really enjoyed it (except for the price)...........

lol I agree, the price is crazy. We got 2 concessions, so AU$16.50, and my daughter was free, but normally adults are up near the $28 range.

Hubby and me have been about 5 times now, so we are a little over it and after 5 times the price is a bit heafty for what you get, but it is a beautiful place.

They now do glass bottom boat rides over the top of the big sea tunnel thing, but its extra cost..of course!
