Ok so here are the pics of our lovely girl....NOT!!!!

Looks like she's been deceiving us for quite a while now and noticed last night that she has a full beard

And with her beard....not too clear cos the glass is scratched at the bottom of the tank but you can just make it out.

We think we may have sourced another female for him but may be a week or two so will go to plan B and spawn the other pair. I'll start a new thread for them.

?? Well beaten up LOL He's in perfect health Its just he starting fully flaring yesterday, which he's never done before. The body shape says female but appearances can be decieving

yes i know. when looking i thought it was female but if you dont know about breeding then you know more

I know We had about 70 babies in her spawn. Parents were long finned but threw 3 definate PK males. This one has always looked female and doesn't have the usual look of a PK male!!!!

Haha! Well at least you didn't find out by putting them together!! I'm sure plan B will be just as great!

Lol.....don't laugh.....I have previously tried to spawn 2 males. It was Thumbelina who looked female right up until that week and suddenly had such a dramatic change at a very late age.
