Otocinclus Stuck!

Help!! My otocinclus is stuck in the net! it seems like it's scales are caught? as well as one of it's fins. Is there anything I can do!?!?

Help ASAP please!!

Cut the net, let it the fish into the tank with the net still attached.
Eventually it will free itself.

DO NOT pull the net off as you could cause serious damage.

just cut off as much as possible. it will come off.

Thanks for the response guys - it was the spikes on his gills. My dad pushed him forward and then he came out as he became dislodged. He is completely fine now.

Good news Just keep an eye on him the next couple of weeks for any sores or anything odd in that area.
