Other Foods?

I currently feed my fish "Aquarian" marine flake food with frozen brine shrimp every few days with some nori on a clip twice a week or so. I would like to get something better as I've been told the Aquarian flake food is crap basically
I have been advised to try new era or something though I've never heard of it? But any suggestions and are there other types of frozen food I can feed?

I have x2 perc clowns, coral beauty, firefish and skunk cleaner shrimp.

Thankyou, I'll have a peek now. Is brine shrimp the only frozen food I can feed (just LR in tank no lovely reef as of yet!)
